Renewing the surface of the teeth using porcelain veneers

This is a method of restoration that is the least damaging to the health and very aesthetic. Porcelain veneers are used to change the shape, colour and position of the teeth. When making the porcelain veneers, 0.5 mm of the tissue from the front surface of the teeth is removed. An imprint of the polished teeth is taken to the laboratory to make porcelain veneers. Provisional veneers can be used between the visits. They are attached by a very durable cement. Porcelain veneers are mostly made for the front teeth.
